Start by placing an order using our secure online order form.
We begin when you supply the property and any loan information via our online order form. The sign-up process includes you completing a "Borrowers Signature Authorization" form that permits us to contact the Lenders and Creditors as your agent to obtain any missing documentation with which we can clear your title.
Once we receive your information, National Homestead undertakes a "Clean Sweep" search of your property records to obtain a list of any title defects that are on your Title.
After comparing the information you provided to us and examining the results of the "Clean Sweep," National Homestead begins the Title Clearing process by obtaining and recording all documents necessary with the County Recorder or Registry.
Once we receive all documents necessary, we issue a guarantee that the only liens on record are those that you recognize and expect. We'll spend as much time and energy as necessary to give you peace of mind.
You are "Ready to Close" on your sale or refinance
National Homestead, Inc. provides you with our "Ready-to-Close" Title Guarantee (click here to see sample). The Guarantee states the Mortgages, Liens, Encumbrances and Attachments, if any, that are on your title. These will be only the items that you recognize as valid. We remove Mortgages, Liens, Encumbrances and Attachments that SHOULD NOT be on your title. Disputed items are not the responsibility of National Homestead and will be excepted from the "Ready-to-Close" Title Guarantee.
